BookKeeper /Data Entry Clerk

Location: Atlanta, GA

Type: Part Time to Full Time

Min. Experience: Entry Level

Construction Company's bookkeeping and bill-paying. Firm is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with strong
bookkeeping experience. The job involves bookkeeping and bid preparation work.

Must be EXPERT in performing these tasks:
Basic A/P and A/R activities;
Payroll calculation, payment of payroll taxes, and preparation of payroll tax returns;
Reconciliation of bank, credit card & liability accounts;
GL account reconciliation and journal entry;
Preparation of sales and other business tax returns;
Preparation of monthly & other financials;
Preparation of cash flow projections and budgets;
Respond to client & vendor inquiries with confidence;
Maintain orderly filing systems for all areas of responsibility.


SKILLS REQUIRED:
Complete fluency in QuickBooks Premiere/Pro, Excel, Word;
Strong computer skills;
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience;
Excellence in organization, multi-tasking, attention to detail & time management;
Strong verbal and writing skills;
High degree of accuracy in work;
Strong references, impeccable ethics and honesty, human relations skills;
Customer Service experience;
Cheerful, helpful and pleasant attitude and positive approach to your work.
